Shipping Policy

Our standard shipping option is USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 2-3 business days to arrive after the order is shipped. We also offer expedited shipping options such as USPS Priority Mail Express and UPS Next Day Air.

  2. Shipping Rates: Our shipping rates vary based on the shipping option selected, the destination, and the weight of the package. Customers will be shown the shipping rates at the checkout before they complete their purchase. We also offer free standard shipping for orders over a certain amount (the minimum order amount for free shipping may vary).

  3. Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Once the order is processed and shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  4. International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates may vary based on the destination and weight of the package. Customers will be shown the shipping rates at the checkout before they complete their purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may apply.

  5. Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including the shipping address. We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  6. Delivery: Once the package is delivered to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any delays or lost packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly if there are any issues with delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at dirt.la. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, we are here to help.

Return Policy:

  • All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.

Exchange Policy:

  • All exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for the exchange shipping costs.

  • If the item being exchanged is of higher value than the replacement item, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.

  • If the item being exchanged is of lower value than the replacement item, the difference will be refunded to the customer within 7 business days of the exchange being processed.

Exceptions:

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
